French Customer Service Advisor for Michael Kors (M/F) Lisbon

Your role:
Provide exceptional customer service via phone and e-mail for Michael Kors. Assist customers by answering questions about products, store locations and services.
Your Mission:
Handling customer inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism in French and English;
Respond to queries related to products, store locations, services, general inquiries and policies;
Providing fast and effective communication via web based program(s);
Assist customers with placing orders and identify opportunities to cross & up sell;
Working with multiple mainframe, software, and web-based programs;
Ability to adapt to changing demands of the work environment;
Cross selling and up selling.
Profile:
Passion for fashion and trends. Capable of accessorizing and providing styling advice;
Native Level of French spoken and written;
Good command of the English language, spoken and written (C1);
Previous experience in customer service environment required, call center experience preferred;
Educated to secondary school level (minimum);
Demonstrate ability to handle and resolve complaints in accord with the Michael Kors experience;
Salary:
Between 1009.80 € and 1069.79 €
Work Schedule:
40 Hours per week (8 hours a day) on a rotational shift pattern from Monday to Sunday 8.00 am to 8.00 pm.
