We are now recruiting an Advisor to perform inbound support by phone, web form, email or fax for some several markets.
The Advisor will deal with service requests.
What are we looking for?
- Hebrew, Dutch, German or Norwegian native speaker (mandatory);
- Strong English skills both spoken and written;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to adjust between formal and informal communication depending on situation;
- Highly empathetic and friendly;
- Availability for schedule 24/07, with 2 day off and rotative schedule.
