GSMC is a US-based company with a satellite office in Carvoeiro, Portugal. We are seeking professionals with a genuine passion for sales and a strong background in the advertising industry.

As an Advertising Sales Executive, you'll liaise directly with our clientele based in the United States, showcasing the tremendous potential of our Podcast Network and Audio Streaming services. You will play a crucial role in driving the sale of national advertising spots, assisting our clients in reaching our vast audience spanning numerous podcast genres including sports, entertainment, health and wellness, technology, and more.

In this position, you'll be involved in managing advertising campaigns, with budgets ranging from $15,000 to over $2 million. The successful candidate should be comfortable with these figures and exhibit an aptitude for navigating such large-scale initiatives.
This role is a commission-based position, offering a substantial 10-15% commission on profits from deals sold, providing lucrative earning potential based on your performance.
Responsibilities:
• Foster and maintain relationships with clients, identifying their specific advertising needs, and offering tailored solutions
• Reach out proactively to businesses and advertising agencies in the United States, demonstrating the value and impact of our Podcast Network
• Oversee the entire sales process, from generating leads and prospecting to closing deals and maintaining client contracts
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations, highlighting the advantages and return on investment of advertising with our Podcast Network
• Collaborate with the sales team in weekly meetings, sharing insights, and contributing to our collective growth
• Utilize excellent cold calling skills to identify and engage potential customers, driving revenue growth
• Meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring successful collection of sold accounts
• Expand your network continuously and seek new business prospects to fuel your pipeline
• Develop strategic promotional plans, generate persuasive sales literature, and construct compelling advertising proposals
• Provide top-tier service to clients, promptly addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience
• A minimum of five years of Advertising Sales experience, preferably in Podcast, Television, or Radio Advertising
• Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding monthly sales quotas
• Ability to translate client business requirements into actionable advertising solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a results-driven mindset
• Comfortable with handling advertising campaigns ranging from $15,000 to over $2 million
