We are looking for a CyberSecurity Team Coordinator to work in a project in Porto (hybrid model)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field;
- Years of experience in a similar role within an Information Security or IT environment;
- Proficiency in JIRA and experience with Kanban Boards for task management and tracking;
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively extract information from team members and convey complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining proper work organization and adherence to deadlines;
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset;
- High level of assertiveness and professionalism, with the ability to interact confidently with team members and stakeholders at all levels;
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential;
- Previous experience working in the financial industry, or a regulated environment is advantageous (nice to have).
Responsabilities:
- Collaborate with the Tech Lead to prioritize and assign tasks to team members, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely delivery of objectives;
- Monitor and track task progress using JIRA and Kanban Boards, extracting relevant information from team members, and providing regular updates to stakeholders;
- Facilitate communication within the team, ensuring that all members are informed of project status, changes, and upcoming deadlines;
- Act as a liaison between the Offensive Security Team and other departments or stakeholders, conveying requirements and ensuring alignment with organizational goals;
- Assist in the development and maintenance of team processes, workflows, and documentation to enhance efficiency and consistency;
- Provide support to team members as needed, helping to resolve issues, and overcome obstacles to project success;
- Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks, ensuring that work is completed to the highest standards;
- Maintain a strong understanding of IT corporate knowledge and technical concepts to effectively interpret and communicate technical information within the team.
